The rain was falling in sheets as I walked out of the packed bar. My head spun with the music and the rushing of drinks. A red cab waited at the curb, its headlights piercing through the dark street. The driver, a friendly man with bloodshot eyes, greeted me with a smile. I placed my bag in the backseat and leaned into the comfortable leather. As w
